Heartili provides a digital health platform designed to help users:

• Understand health and wellness data
• Prepare for healthcare visits
• Receive educational content and summaries
• Organize and share information at their direction

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Heartili is not a healthcare provider.
• Clinicians do not monitor the Services in real time.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions.
• Do not delay or avoid medical care because of information from the Services.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

You must be at least:

• 13 years old (or 16 where required by law) to use the Services
• Capable of entering into a binding legal agreement

If you are using the Services on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

By using the Services, you grant Heartili a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely to:

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., wearables, health apps).

• Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies
• Heartili is not responsible for third-party products or services
• You authorize data sharing only to the extent you enable integrations

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials in the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Heartili.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Health insights are informational only and may not be complete or current

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Heartili shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heartili and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of health information or third-party integrations

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the platform

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email.

Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless otherwise required by law.
